Dental Implants

Dental implants are metal posts that are surgically positioned into the jawbone beneath your gums. Once the implants are in place, they allow us to mount replacement teeth onto them. These dental implants fuse to your jawbone after sufficient healing time. They provide stable support for artificial teeth which makes them the gold standard for tooth replacement.

Invisalign Clear Aligner Therapy

Invisalign uses custom-made aligner trays to straighten teeth without the need for metal brackets or wires. These aligner trays are made of virtually invisible plastic that you wear over your teeth. Wearing these aligner trays will gradually and gently shift your teeth into place, based on the exact movements planned for you by Dr. Larry Lu.

Headache Treatment (NTI)

Migraines and tension headaches caused by excessive teeth grinding and jaw clenching can be treated with a NTI guard.

Digital Radiographs:

Surrey Dentist Clinic BigSmiles Dental Care is proud to offer digital X-rays. The images are instantly available on a computer screen and enable us to have a better look at your teeth. You are also exposed to less radiation than with traditional X-rays.

Intraoral Cameras

These special cameras give us an up-close and personal look at your teeth and gums. Then we display the photos instantly on our screens while you’re still sitting in the chair.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Fillings restore tooth decay and cavities. We offer tooth-colored fillings for people who prefer their fillings to look more natural.
